Yoga

I am an energetic, down to earth woman who loves to laugh, travel to the corners of the world, eat delicious food, meditate, play singing bowls, and of course study, practice and teach yoga.

My practice has evolved into a lifelong passion and journey into the mind, healing of the body, and connection to my breath and soul.   

Several yoga teachers that I had the pleasure of practicing and learning from have influenced the style of yoga that I teach.   I teach a Vinyasa Flow integrated with Therapeutic & Yin Yoga.  I create classes that are grounding, nurturing, and accessible to all levels.  My simple and clear instructions will guide you through a flow that will create length in the spine, flexibility in the mind & body and an opening of the heart.

One of my main goals is to share the benefits of yoga (on and off the mat), bring more mindfulness and awareness into people’s lives and allow space for people to connect with their bodies and breath.  Yoga is not a competition and my body, is not your body!

My aim as a teacher is to touch every heart and open the body & mind for transformation through understanding and performing of yoga postures, pranayama, meditation and mantra chanting.
